Product Description
Turbot is, in my opinion, the finest fish we have round our coast. It has a marvellous flavour; top chefs regard this fish as "the best"! This fish will arrive filleted with no bones, ready to cook. If you enjoy Turbot, freeze some now while it is great value, it will keep perfectly vacuum packaged for up to six months at least.
Serving Suggestion
Turbot fillet will bake, poach, pan fry or roast. Try pan frying in a little butter and olive oil. De-glaze the frying pan with white wine to make a light sauce….enjoy!

WE ONLY SELL THE FRESHEST OF FISH LANDED DAILY TO ENSURE OUR CUSTOMERS THE FINEST QUALITY PRODUCT.
Because our fish is landed daily and its nature comes in irregular sizes, our prices are given in weight per kilo. Your final order cost will therefore be dependent on the size of the fish we have in stock. Your bill will always be within a 20% variant to the size you choose, eg. if you order a 1kg fish it will weigh between 1kg and 1.2kg and you will be charged accordingly.
