Our own home cured smoked Salmon is smoked slowly over oak chips to produce a deep flavour. These packs are hand cut to produce lond slices the full length of the fillets, interleaved ready to eat.
We are proud of the taste of our smoked salmon; we know you'll find our prices very competitive as well.
Our own smoked salmon, long sliced and packaged in 250g vacuum packs makes an ideal present or freezer pack. Serve on its own with brown bread and butter and lemon, with scrambled eggs or on toast spread with cream cheese.
Our fish is landed daily and comes in all different sizes - just as nature intended! Our prices are given in 'weight per kilo' and where possible we are able to offer a price per portion. We will do our best to get your order as close to the kilo weight as possible and always within a 20% variant to the size you choose.
