Our own home cured smoked salmon is smoked slowly over oak chipping to produce a deep flavour. These sides are long sliced, (producing thin slices the full length of the fillets) interleaved, and laid back on its skin, ready to enjoy.

Long sliced, our smoked salmon is ideal for sandwiches or salads.

WE ONLY SELL THE FRESHEST OF FISH LANDED DAILY TO ENSURE OUR CUSTOMERS THE FINEST QUALITY PRODUCT.
Because our fish is landed daily and its nature comes in irregular sizes, our prices are given in weight per kilo. Your final order cost will therefore be dependent on the size of the fish we have in stock. Your bill will always be within a 20% variant to the size you choose, eg. if you order a 1kg fish it will weigh between 1kg and 1.2kg and you will be charged accordingly.
