Our Cornish king scallops are ready to cook and are sold by the dozen. We have been sourcing Falmouth Bay scallops for more than 25 years. We, along with the French feel the Falmouth bay king scallop has the sweetest flavour of all.
Serving Suggestion
Our scallops will bake, grill, stir fry, pan fry and BBQ. Try spreading the scallop with softened butter, sear/pan fry until golden brown on both sides. Try serving our scallops with a Balsamic glaze and a simple salad.
