Our organic farmed salmon are sold by the fillet; each fillet produces 5 to 6 portions; they can be vacuum packed in two portions or as a fillet; please let us know how you would prefer us to package your fish in the comments box when you checkout.
Serving Suggestion
The subtle flavour of this Organic fish needs little to enhance it! It can be baked in foil in the oven or pan fried and finished in the oven.

WE ONLY SELL THE FRESHEST OF FISH LANDED DAILY TO ENSURE OUR CUSTOMERS THE FINEST QUALITY PRODUCT.
Because our fish is landed daily and its nature comes in irregular sizes, our prices are given in weight per kilo. Your final order cost will therefore be dependent on the size of the fish we have in stock. Your bill will always be within a 20% variant to the size you choose, eg. if you order a 1kg fish it will weigh between 1kg and 1.2kg and you will be charged accordingly.
