Made with 45% fresh basil sourced from the Ligurian region in Northern Italy, whole pine nuts, traditional parmesan cheese that has been aged for 30 months, extra virgin olive oil and sunflower oil. Easy to stir through shellfish pasta dish or even to add as a base to canapes - it's delicious!
Perfect stirred through pasta, as a dip with crusty bread or on the base of tarts & quiches. Goes well with any white fish or even prawns and squid.
Our fish is landed daily and comes in all different sizes - just as nature intended! Our prices are given in 'weight per kilo' and where possible we are able to offer a price per portion. We will do our best to get your order as close to the kilo weight as possible and always within a 20% variant to the size you choose.
