Monk fish fillet is a most versatile fish. The fillets can be cooked whole, sliced or chunked. Monk fish has a subtle flavour and will be enjoyed by even the fussiest of fish eaters. This fish is described as 'filleted' it will arrive filleted with no bones. No bones guaranteed!
Serving Suggestion
Monk fish fillets will bake, grill, pan or stir fry, roast or cooked on the BBQ. Try poaching in white wine, finish with cream and tarragon or dill - serve with a baked rice or new potatoes.

WE ONLY SELL THE FRESHEST OF FISH LANDED DAILY TO ENSURE OUR CUSTOMERS THE FINEST QUALITY PRODUCT.
Because our fish is landed daily and its nature comes in irregular sizes, our prices are given in weight per kilo. Your final order cost will therefore be dependent on the size of the fish we have in stock. Your bill will always be within a 20% variant to the size you choose, eg. if you order a 1kg fish it will weigh between 1kg and 1.2kg and you will be charged accordingly.
