Live lobster has a limited shelf life, please enjoy as soon as possible from the day of delivery. We buy our live Lobster from fishermen who fish from three different Cornish fishing harbours, St. Mawes, Padstow and Charlestown. They land their Lobster catches daily; this with our sea water holding tanks, allows us to have really fresh live or cooked.
