Lobster has a delicate subtle flavour, it is perhaps the best of all Lobster available; certainly many Chefs agree! This Lobster will arrive to you cooked, ready for you to enjoy. For more cooked or live Lobsters see below. You will be charged for the live weight of your Lobster, we make no charge for cooking. Please be aware your Lobster will loose some weight during the cooking process. Owing to the bad weather we are offering Canadian lobsters priced accordingly.
Serving Suggestion
Split and serve with a squeeze of lemon, freshly made mayonnaise and a bottle of chilled Sauvignon Blanc or Champagne. For more information on lobster, recipes and how to prepare them click here.
Customer Price Guide:
WE ONLY SELL THE FRESHEST OF FISH LANDED DAILY TO ENSURE OUR CUSTOMERS THE FINEST QUALITY PRODUCT.
Because our fish is landed daily and its nature comes in irregular sizes, our prices are given in weight per kilo. Your final order cost will therefore be dependent on the size of the fish we have in stock. Your bill will always be within a 20% variant to the size you choose, eg. if you order a 1kg fish it will weigh between 1kg and 1.2kg and you will be charged accordingly.
