Product Description
This is Spain's favourite fish. We try to buy fresh 2 to 3 kilo sized fish. This silver skinned fish has a soft flesh and delicate flavour. This fish is provided as a fillet and will provide 6 to 7 portions. This fish will arrive scaled and filleted, ready to cook.
Serving Suggestion
A favourite of the Spanish this fish will bake, grill, stir fry and roast. Try poaching in white wine, serve with peas and tarragon or salsa verde.

Because our fish is landed daily and its nature comes in irregular sizes, our prices are given in weight per kilo. Your final order cost will therefore be dependent on the size of the fish we have in stock. Your bill will always be within a 20% variant to the size you choose, eg. if you order a 1kg fish it will weigh between 1kg and 1.2kg and you will be charged accordingly.
