Serving Suggestion
This fish will bake, pan fry and roast. Gurnard is ideal for Bouillabaisse and other fish soups or stews. Try pan fried with lardons or chopped pancetta.

Because our fish is landed daily and its nature comes in irregular sizes, our prices are given in weight per kilo. Your final order cost will therefore be dependent on the size of the fish we have in stock. Your bill will always be within a 20% variant to the size you choose, eg. if you order a 1kg fish it will weigh between 1kg and 1.2kg and you will be charged accordingly.
