Product Description
This silvery skinned fish is sized between 500g and 750g and has a delicate flavour. Use this much under rated fish as a sea bass substitute.This fish will arrive filleted with no bones ready to cook.
Serving Suggestion
This fish will bake, grill stir fry, pan fry, roast and BBQ. Try cutting into strips of fillet and stir fry with Thai flavours.

Because our fish is landed daily and its nature comes in irregular sizes, our prices are given in weight per kilo. Your final order cost will therefore be dependent on the size of the fish we have in stock. Your bill will always be within a 20% variant to the size you choose, eg. if you order a 1kg fish it will weigh between 1kg and 1.2kg and you will be charged accordingly.
