Product Description
Silver in colour and around a pound in weight, 2 gilt head bream fillets make a good portion. This fish is described as 'filleted' it will arrive scaled and filleted with no bones ready to cook.
Serving Suggestion
This fillets have a beautiful and delicate flavour and need nothing strong served with them. Simply pan fry with say... thyme or basil leaves thrown in towards the end.

Because our fish is landed daily and its nature comes in irregular sizes, our prices are given in weight per kilo. Your final order cost will therefore be dependent on the size of the fish we have in stock. Your bill will always be within a 20% variant to the size you choose, eg. if you order a 1kg fish it will weigh between 1kg and 1.2kg and you will be charged accordingly.
