Freshly prepared boneless cod fillets, ready to roast; we also include a jar of our juicy Sicilian cherry tomatoes ansd a bottle of balsamic vinegar.
Serving Suggestion
Chef Simon SAYS: bake the cod fillets with some juicy Sicilian tomatoes and fresh picked thyme. Great served with sea salted chips or saute potatoes and dressed rocket salad. Chef's tip: The marinated tomato oil with balsamic vinegar makes a super rocket dressing.
