Fresh Cornish crab is landed in most Cornish fishing harbours; we prefer the crab from Falmouth Bay as we feel they have a better flavour. Our whole fresh Falmouth Bay hen crab is cooked daily and presented ready for you to dress. Please note our crabs will weigh from 600g upwards; you will be charged for the live weight of crab, before cooking; there will be some weight lost as a result of the cooking process. Serving Suggestion
Buy our Cornish cooked crab, It is hard to beat a fresh crab sandwich made with chunky granary bread and home made mayonnaise! For cooking and recipe ideas on how to cook and serve crab please see our crab recipe section available from the mail menu. Delicious when used fresh with a squeeze of lemon in chunky granary bread crab sandwiches. Presented whole cooked crab makes any dinner table look divine.

WE ONLY SELL THE FRESHEST OF FISH LANDED DAILY TO ENSURE OUR CUSTOMERS THE FINEST QUALITY PRODUCT.
Because our fish is landed daily and its nature comes in irregular sizes, our prices are given in weight per kilo. Your final order cost will therefore be dependent on the size of the fish we have in stock. Your bill will always be within a 20% variant to the size you choose, eg. if you order a 1kg fish it will weigh between 1kg and 1.2kg and you will be charged accordingly.
