Cornish crab is landed in most Cornish fishing harbours. We prefer the fresh crab from Falmouth Bay as we feel they have a better flavour. Our whole Falmouth Bay hen crab will weigh from 600g upwards; they are despatched live ready for you to cook and dress. Please note; we never despatch dead crabs, every care is taken to only send live crab however, on the rare occasions that one might die we cannot accept responsibility. WE ONLY SELL THE FRESHEST OF FISH LANDED DAILY TO ENSURE OUR CUSTOMERS THE FINEST QUALITY PRODUCT.
Because our fish is landed daily and its nature comes in irregular sizes, our prices are given in weight per kilo. Your final order cost will therefore be dependent on the size of the fish we have in stock. Your bill will always be within a 20% variant to the size you choose, eg. if you order a 1kg fish it will weigh between 1kg and 1.2kg and you will be charged accordingly.
