Dover sole is the best of the sole family, they come between 400g and 450g. A fantastic flavour, quick and easy to cook. Dover sole has a tough grey skin; for your ease we remove it for you so dover sole comes ready to cook and enjoy.

Dover sole is at its best quality in the summer months. Avoid buying this fish in March as they tend to carry roe then.
Dover sole will grill, poach and pan fry. Try pan fried and serve with chopped salted capers and lemon juice.
Our fish is landed daily and comes in all different sizes - just as nature intended! Our prices are given in 'weight per kilo' and where possible we are able to offer a price per portion. We will do our best to get your order as close to the kilo weight as possible and always within a 20% variant to the size you choose.
