Dabs are one of the smallest flat fish available on the quayside fish markets. As this fish varies in size we will include either 1 or 2 fish per portion, depending on what has been landed on the day.
Dabs are landed to all Cornish ports by local dayboat trawlers.
Dabs are available for most of the year.
This fish will bake, grill, pan fry or roast. Bake in a hot oven, serve with a knob of butter and a wedge of lemon.
Our fish is landed daily and comes in all different sizes - just as nature intended! Our prices are given in 'weight per kilo' and where possible we are able to offer a price per portion. We will do our best to get your order as close to the kilo weight as possible and always within a 20% variant to the size you choose.
