Gutted farmed salmon weigh between 5 and 6 kilo. This is a very popular fish with all the family and also looks great on the table when cooked and presented whole. With its rich and distinctive flavour and firm oily flesh, salmon is not only a family favourite but a chef’s dream because of it versatility. This fish is described as 'cleaned' this means it will arrive to you gutted.
We source our salmon from selected producers according to the quality of their fish.

Salmon can be baked; grilled, poached, pan fried, roasted or cooked on the BBQ and always adds that extra fantastic taste to a great fish pie! Bake in the oven wrapped in foil. Our fish is landed daily and comes in all different sizes - just as nature intended! Our prices are given in 'weight per kilo' and where possible we are able to offer a price per portion. We will do our best to get your order as close to the kilo weight as possible and always within a 20% variant to the size you choose.
