Product Description
Sea Bass is one of the finest fish in the sea with a silver coloured skin and superb flavour - normally available between 1 to 1.25 kilo. This fish is described as 'filleted' it will arrive filleted with no bones.
Serving Suggestion
This beautifully fresh fish will bake, grill, stir fry, pan fry, roast and BBQ. Keep it simple - why not try pan frying with preserved lemon, extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze, serve with a tossed salad.

WE ONLY SELL THE FRESHEST OF FISH LANDED DAILY TO ENSURE OUR CUSTOMERS THE FINEST QUALITY PRODUCT.
Because our fish is landed daily and its nature comes in irregular sizes, our prices are given in weight per kilo. Your final order cost will therefore be dependent on the size of the fish we have in stock. Your bill will always be within a 20% variant to the size you choose, eg. if you order a 1kg fish it will weigh between 1kg and 1.2kg and you will be charged accordingly.
