Cornish live lobster is renowned for its quality and flavour. Landed to us daily, live and super fresh, it has to be the finest live shellfish available from Cornish waters. We buy our live Lobster from fishermen who fish from three different Cornish fishing harbours, St. Mawes, Padstow and Charlestown. They land their Lobster catches daily; this with our sea water holding tanks, allows us to have really fresh live or cooked Lobster available on demand for delivery next day nationwide.
We offer Cornish Lobster fresh cooked or live for next day delivery; please select the size that you would prefer from our online shop, we offer two sizes of lobster, both cooked and live.
Please note we are unable to guarantee live lobster will always arrive to you live; to minimise this happening we pack our live lobsters straight from our seawater storage tanks late in the afternoon on the day of dispatch. Please check them on arrival and keep them cool and moist; the salad tray of a refrigerator or the original packaging is best. On the very rare occasion that the lobster is sleepy or dead on arrival please cook immediately. A cooked lobster will keep (whole) in the refrigerator for a minimum of three days.
