We smoke our fish in the traditional way, with no additives or colouring, just slowly smoked over oak chippings, this produces the rounded deep flavour our customers rave about.Our smoked fish selection hamper makes a great present for a food fanatic. Most folk enjoy smoked fish and we are confident this smoked fish hamper will be no exception.
Smoked Fish Hamper
250g sliced smoked Salmon
2 fillets smoked Trout
500g smoked shell on Prawns
1 x pair Kippers
1kg smoked Haddock fillets
If any item is unavailable, we will substitute another smoked fish or seafood, with a value of no less than the one unavailable. Please advise us if you have a shellfish allergy.
If you would like to add a little something extra from our shop to the hamper, feel free and we will include it within the hamper but, sorry we will have to charge for it.
