Hot Smoked Salmon
Hot smoked salmon is cooked fish using the heat and smoke from burning oak chippings in a hot kiln. Flaky, smoky and meaty, hot smoked salmon is very versatile. It can be used in most of the same preparations as cold smoked salmon or eaten like any other cooked fish.
Cured/Cold Smoked Salmon Fillet
Slowly cured at a low temperature, the texture of our cold smoked salmon remains silky and smooth. Keep it in the refrigerator for unexpected guests or for entertaining friends and family. A whole smoked salmon fillet is a great gift for people who enjoy slicing their own smoked salmon or for any experienced cook.
Organic Cured Salmon
Using selected fresh organic salmon as the raw ingredient, our organic smoked salmon is naturally cured using only oak chipping and salt. Its outstanding flavour will keep you coming back for more we're sure!
Long-sliced Cured Salmon
Wafer-thin slices of smoked salmon, interleaved and layed back on its skin then vacuum packed to seal in the flavour. Professionally cured and cut into long slices, this smoked salmon gift pack will keep in yoiur refrigerator; for self life please read the label on the vback of the packaging. Available at 250g, 500g, and 1kg packs.
D-sliced Cured Salmon
Sliced across the width of the fillet, we hand cut the smoked salmon fillet into D-shaped slices. This method of slicing gives slightly thicker slices and a firmer texture when compared to the long-slice smoked salmon. Serve with a squeeze of lemon juice, freshly grand pepper, it is a dish in its own right.
