CORNISH FISHMONGER COOKERY SCHOOL CLASSES

Listed below are the dates when our cookery schools will be held. 

All courses include lunch and refreshments which will be served in our demonstration kitchen.  We are able to provide a list of accommodation within the local area should students wish to stay overnight either prior to or after a class

Lobster and Crab Class £145 - Monday 7th December  - Sold Out

Ideal for the adventurous home cook striving to deliver restaurant standard shellfish dishes.  Recipes will include four ways of cooking and preparing lobster and how to dress a four pound male crab within minutes.  Lunch will be based on Lobster and shellfish; please advise if you have any special dietary requirements.

A must for for the domestic cook seeking fresh new exciting ideas of how to present fine dinning seafood in the home. Chef Simon will  teach students the secrets of the professional chef and how to deliver beautiful looking food, prepared in simple and tasty ways.






Fishy Winter Warmers Class - Monday 7th December - Spaces Available

Fed up with meat stews? Chef Simon has some fantastic fish alternative winter warmers.  This class includes roasted monkfish and octopus casserole and many more inovative recipe ideas for evening suppers.

Learn the skills of a professional fishmonger, this class is perfect for anyone who would like to know how to prepare a wide range of fish.  Students will see our professional filleting staff preparing a wide range of different fish into easy to cook tasty portions.





Farinaceous Fish Class - Tuesday 19th January 2009 - Spaces Available

Fish and farinaceous foods have always been marriages in heaven.  Piaella, spaghetti vongole and seafood croquettes are just three of the dishes chef Simon will be preparing for you in this class.
