Why not try one of our fresh fish selection boxes, it's a great way to try something new or cater for a big party. If you are a fish lover you can even make this a regular monthly order giving you the very best of that day's catch to freeze and use when ever you need it.

Fresh fish selection Box
A selection of the best and freshest fish from the morning's fish markets, fully prepared and portioned, ready to cook or freeze. This box will contain at least 20 portions of five or more fresh fish; typically haddock, whiting, plaice, lemon sole, hake, cod, pollack, sea bass, and Salmon.

Fruits de mer selection Box
A selection of the best and freshest seafood and shellfish from the morning's fish markets, ready for you to enjoy.  This box include, half a cooked lobster, crab or crab claws, mussels, cockles/clams, 6 cooked king prawns and 3 fresh oysters.  Serves one great portion.

Gourmet seafood selection box
A selection of seafood, including 1 cooked Lobster, 500g fresh cooked crab claws, 250g home cured sliced smoked salmon, 8 large cooked king prawns, 250g smoked prawns and a jar of olives. The perfect picnic lunch for 4.

Oily Fish Omega3 fish selection box
A selection of fresh oily fish from the days market. This box will include 20 portions of freshly prepared fillets, including mackerel, sardine, salmon, trout, seatrout, rainbow trout or herring; the mix will be subject to the days landings.

Smoked fish breakfast box
A selection of home smoked fish, to include 2 fillets smoked haddock, 2 kippers and 250g smoked sliced salmon. You do the eggs we'll do the fish!

Cornish lobster
